Saturday and Sunday at The Willow Festival 2014 showcased an extraordinary line-up. The lighting of the stages, especially the two outdoor stages this year was amazing, enhancing each act’s performance and adding drama to the photographs.
Organised by Mark Ringer, who features in this blog playing guitar in his band Burning Codes, The Willow Festival featured 123 bands this year, and I’m sure reached a huge number of visitors, like last year’s 82,000 revellers.
It was great to see Red Wine Blues performing on the exquisite, locally made Vanquish guitars, also based in Peterborough.
Here is part one of just a few acts from what the weekend had to offer – Leon, Paolo Morena, Red Wine Blues, The Nuggets, Burning Codes and The Fuze.
